National Psychotraumatology Conference 2013
It is our pleasure to invite you to the National Psychotraumatology Conference, 2nd Edition, which will be held in Bucharest, on 2-3 November 2013.
The theme of the 2nd edition, “Trauma and Healing in a Striving Community” intends to inspire creative ideas on how to master the manifold challenges we experience as individuals and as groups under the current conditions of financial turbulences, climatic problems, demographic and political changes.
As organizers, we strive to propose an interesting conference program, including internationally renowned keynote speakers, interactive workshops, scientific presentations, interest group meetings, book exhibitions, etc. In doing so, we particularly support the interaction between scientists and practitioners as a core part of the Institute’s general mission. Moreover, a special section of lectures and workshops for the general audience will run in parallel with the scientific program. We hope that this will create new and productive connections. Therefore, this conference is not only a stimulating event for the community of psychologists of all specializations. It shall also provide inspiring ideas and tools for practitioners in related disciplines and consultancies and will bring them together with the larger community of people interested in their own and others’ well-being.
We are looking forward to meeting you in Bucharest in November 2013!
